A space scientist by profession, Francis is an FIP Accredited Judge and an expert in
Cinderella.
He is also very knowledgable in many philatelic areas such as Literature, Astrophilately, Traditional, Postal History and Revenues. He had previously won gold medals for his collections of Victoria and Queensland.
A Fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society of London (FRPSL), he was elected to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists (RDP) in 1995. |
